Eight regional archery societies are sub divided into counties. Regional Coaching Organisers (RCOs) and County Coaching Organisers (CCOs) are appointed by Regional and County Coaching Committees to support coaches and coach education locally.

Regional Coaching Organisers coordinate a regional coaching group and have partnerships with County Coaching Officers. Their main tasks include arranging coaching courses, circulation of relevant information, supporting coaches in clubs and attending regional meetings.
